2012 Forest River Sandpiper 41 Foot 5th wheel camper.

You will need at least a 3/4 ton pickup to haul this camper The interior of this camper looks so close to new. The outside looks really good. It has been well taken take of, it is very clean, and everything works. Only two owners. This camper has been parked on camping lot. New tires have no miles on them. The new tires were put on at the camping lot and were covered with tire covers until recently. The sofa has new cushions. The slides seals have been replaced. New awning is still in the box. This camper has not been lived in. New flooring in the kitchen area and in the main bathroom. The extra boxes of left over tiles will come with the camper. Three extra kitchen chairs with storage in the seats are included with this camper. (The extra kitchen chairs are not in the pictures.) There is some bedding also included with this camper. This camper has the water lines cleared out and everything cleaned and emptied for winter.

This camper is parked about a third of a mile south of the Cenex station in Garrison. It is on the west side of the highway.
